Hi-Speed has been committed to promoting the development of occupational and public safety. In order to enhance the sense of safety awareness and proper driving attitude of our colleagues, we have arranged on-the-job health and management training for all supervisors. Through the participation of front-line supervisors, Hi-Speed has always been vigilant to emphasize workplace safety. Since its implementation, front-line supervisors have taken the responsibility in all districts and pay careful attention to the performance of occupational safety and health in their daily operations. Meanwhile reminding practitioners to take appropriate safety measures when necessary.
Through regular participation in the Ministry of Transportation safe driving exchange and internal training, Hi-Speed's drivers, shipping assistants and warehouse team are not only consolidate their occupational safety and health knowledge, but also enhance the correct working attitude, deepen the mutual understanding and care, and help to improve the team spirit.
